Return Policy for TheTeslaZone

At TheTeslaZone, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below.

Defective Items:

If you have received a defective item, we will happily replace it. If we cannot replace the item for any reason we have the 100% moneyback guarantee and we will issue a full refund within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please contact us immediately at Contact@theteslazone.com and provide us with a detailed description of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, replacement or refund.

No Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. All sales are final.

No Cancellations:

Unfortunately, we do not allow any cancellations before an item is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product listing to make sure the product fits before purchasing. To ensure the highest quality, some of our products are made to order and therefore we are unable to cancel as the product is most likely in production before it ships out. If you have any questions about this policy, please consult with us before purchasing. 

Exceptions:

In the event that an exception to our return policy needs to be made, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of TheTeslaZone. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return exceptions. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping back to us.

Fitment Guarantee:

At TheTeslaZone, we understand that proper fitment is essential for the optimal performance and appearance of our aftermarket parts. That's why we offer a fitment guarantee for all of our products to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you have purchased a product and the product listing says that it fits your vehicle and have paid a professional to install it, but the product is unable to be installed or does not fit correctly, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. To qualify for the fitment guarantee, you must provide us with a copy of the invoice showing that you had a professional attempt the installation.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse this service to any customer who has not followed proper installation procedures or has attempted to modify the product in any way. We also reserve the right to handle each fitment guarantee claim on a case-by-case basis, and our decision is final.
